My very first online collaboration with lyricist Timothy Eldridge on our song „Night So Long“. It happened via MySpace.

Miro Jaroš reached out to me on MySpace and asked me to remix two of his songs „Boi“ (feat. Katka Koščová) and „Tlaková níž“. We decided to go with „Tlaková níž“.

„Tlaková níž (Marek Starx Lullaby Mix)“ was released on the „Tlaková níž Remixes“ promotional album by Miro Jaroš.

started working with Andy of  I&SON (producer duo and artists), our first collaboration was my song „Aloha My Love“

I&SON re-worked and produced my songs „Aloha My Love“, „Night So Long“ and I sang vocals on their tracks „Natural“ and „Lunatic World“

my songs appeared multiple times on V-Radio (based in Las Vegas)

Museboat Radio (later called Museboat Live) was founded and launched by Andy and since then they became my greatest supporters, got my songs all around the world and got me hundreds (if not thousands) of new friends and collaborators

„Starx Goes Pop!“ song collection was completed

I met Illeana Kirven aka illy on Museboat and we started working on our song „Find You“

Joel Heslop (from band Mr Spoon) recorded a 12 string guitar for my song „I Will Carry You Home“

I recorded a song called „Plain Magic“ with Paul Patane as Powlo & Starx, „All In My Dream“ with Cuebitze, „Let Me Breathe Another Lifetime“ with Chand K Nova [plus a remix by Navrovskii aka DJ Nav].

„Aloha My Love“ was included and officially released on Museboat Digest – Season Spring compilation via KBM P International (independent German label)

I’m forever grateful to Ior Mar for introducing me to FL Studio. Since then, I’ve been composing songs in FL!

Terry Dann recorded all the instruments for my song „You Are The One“

„Find You“ featuring illy was posted on YouTube. I’m so proud of that song and collaboration! I just had to mention it!

Angela Terace Trippe asked me to collaborate on her beautiful dreamy song called „Love Potion“. We had already collaborated on „Returning Home“ by I&SON and in 2021 we recorded an impromptu cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”. Angela also helped me correct some of my English lyrics over the years

„Peaceful Storms“ song compilation/album was uploaded to Reverbnation. It was a concept album and I wrote so many songs during that era, that I had to make more addional albums – „Peaceful Storms Remixed“ and „Guitar Songs For Peaceful Storms“.  So very proud of it!

2016

I was asked by Moe Khojasteh to sing on his band’s song „Frailty and Flares“. In return, Moe recorded all the instruments for my song „I’m Not Them“ and he mixed it and produced it, as well. The song was a huge success and everybody loved it. I’m grateful for it. Thank you, Moe! The band, ofcourse, was Xakestar.

2016

I recorded several songs featuring the lyrics by Pam Schwetz (poetry writer, songwriter and actress). My favourite „You and Me... Separately“, the upbeat track called „The Song“ on which she was also featured vocally and a simple guitar tune called „Rise“. Pam also wrote a poem called „Invisible“ around my instrumental track „Ghostwriter“.

I edited several videos for Heni Lasut (singer/songwriter) over the years.

2018

„Ghostwriter“ song collection/album was uploaded.

I mixed the vocals for Pam Schwetz for her song called „What If“, which I really enjoyed!

2022

„The Island“ album is released. It’s a simple guitar album, but it also includes one piano song. A song called „I’ll Be There“ did pretty well in the Museboat Live Channel Top 25 music chart.

„Mercenaries“ single was released. After „Night So Long“ and „Loser No More“, it was my 3rd collaboration with lyricist Timothy Eldridge. It was hugely successful and was voted the 3rd best song of the year 2022 on Museboat Live Channel!!!

Izabella Konar, an experienced and successful Polish guitarist, songwriter and singer asked me to help her translate the Polish lyrics of her song „Moje Tatry“ into Slovak. She included the Slovak version of „Moje Tatry“ on her critically acclaimed album „Krople rosy“ and thanks to that my name was mentioned in an album review in the Pismo folkowe magazine in Poland and in several interviews, as well! Wow!

2023

I subscribed to Marcella Detroit’s Songwriting Masterclass. There were six of us students in the class led by her. Marcella came up with the music and each of us wrote several lines which she put together and voila - we wrote a song! I also sang the background vocals and recorded the keys. Me singing on a song with Marcella Detroit (aka Marcy Levy)... [who was in Shakespears Sister, sang with Eric Clapton, Elton John, Aretha Franklin, to mention a few]!!! Did it really happen? Pinch me, maybe I’m still dreaming!

My song „Maybe“ was released as a single. It was inspired by the above mentioned songwriting masterclass sessions with Marcella Detroit. I had discussed this track with her and she had also given me some advice on how to improve some of my vocal parts.

„Elvira – Human Trafficking“ song was recorded as my 4th collaboration with Tim Eldridge, who this time wrote the whole song.

I reworked my songs „Summer Nation“ and „My Only Lullaby“

2025

I produced and recorded „When You Look My Way“, which was written by Tim Eldridge. I also released two more songs that year: „Run, Kid, Run“ and „Summer Blues“.

2026

a remastered version of „Run, Kid, Run“ was released.
